These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and 2bdt (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the website at 2bdt.ws and all related services, games, features, promotions, and content offered thereon (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the 2bdt platform — whether by registering an account, placing a bet, depositing funds, or simply browsing the website — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2bdt reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered users via the email address associated with their account. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Access to and use of the 2bdt platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during continued use of the Services:

• You are 18 years of age or older. 2bdt enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 18. Players aged under 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or betting activity on the platform.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You are not acting as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party when using the Services.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a 2bdt employee or contractor.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2bdt uses automated and manual checks to verify user age and identity. By registering an account, you expressly consent to these verification procedures and agree to provide accurate, current, and complete documentation upon request. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by 2bdt may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

To access real-money games, place sports bets, or make deposits on 2bdt, you must create a registered account. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process and to promptly update that information if it changes. Creating an account with false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of this Agreement.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 2bdt. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any pending bonuses, and potential recovery of winnings derived from duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-step verification codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 2bdt immediately at [email protected].

2bdt reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend an existing account, or close an account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where it suspects fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other prohibited activity.

2bdt operates a unified BDT wallet for all registered players. Funds deposited into your 2bdt wallet are held separately from 2bdt's operating funds. You may use your wallet balance to participate in any game or betting product available on the platform.

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals on 2bdt:

All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 2bdt will not process withdrawals to a payment account that does not belong to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 2bdt reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud is suspected.

2bdt does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges, for which 2bdt accepts no liability. Quoted withdrawal processing times are indicative only and may vary during periods of high demand, public holidays, or technical maintenance.

2bdt offers a variety of bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general rules set out in this section.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 2bdt reserves the right to exclude certain players from specific promotions at its discretion.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement — the number of times bonus funds must be played through before a withdrawal of derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without satisfying applicable wagering requirements.
• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus concurrently. Where duplicate or multi-account abuse is detected in connection with a bonus claim, 2bdt reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• 2bdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification will not adversely affect the position of a player who has already commenced meeting the wagering requirements at the time of that modification.
• Seasonal promotions tied to cultural events — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March) — are subject to the same general rules and their own published specific terms.

Users of the 2bdt platform must not engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise in violation of this Agreement. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your age or eligibility.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker hand-sharing or pre-arranged outcomes.
• Match-Fixing: Betting on or facilitating the manipulation of sporting events, including cricket matches covered by BPL, IPL, or any other league available on 2bdt.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through multi-accounting, arbitrage strategies, or any coordinated scheme designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to disguise, transfer, or convert funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with games or the betting interface in place of manual human play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback through your bank or mobile banking provider for funds already credited to your 2bdt wallet and used for wagering.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward 2bdt staff or other users.

Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds in the account (including deposits and winnings), and may result in the matter being reported to relevant authorities. 2bdt employs dedicated fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity and transaction patterns in real time.

All content on the 2bdt platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data compilations, trademarks, and service marks — is the exclusive property of 2bdt or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 2bdt platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 2bdt content without prior written permission;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any 2bdt software or game engine;
• Use 2bdt's name, logo, or trademarks in any context that implies affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement without written consent;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest data from the 2bdt platform for any purpose.

Any unauthorised use of 2bdt's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

The 2bdt platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2bdt expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

2bdt does not warrant that:

• The platform will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times;
• Any defects or errors in the platform will be corrected;
• The platform or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components;
• The results of using the Services will meet your expectations.

In no event shall 2bdt, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services, even if 2bdt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

2bdt's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 2bdt wallet in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time and for any reason, subject to the conditions set out below.

Termination by the User: You may close your 2bdt account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of your request, 2bdt will process the closure within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance in your wallet (after deducting any outstanding bonus obligations) will be refunded to your registered payment method following satisfactory completion of identity verification.

Termination by 2bdt: 2bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing activity;
• Provision of false registration information;
• Account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age;
• Creation of multiple accounts in violation of the single-account rule;
• Sustained abusive conduct toward 2bdt personnel or other users;
• A self-exclusion request submitted under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Where an account is closed by 2bdt due to a verified breach of this Agreement, 2bdt reserves the right to withhold the wallet balance pending investigation. In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, all funds may be forfeited. Where closure is for administrative reasons unrelated to misconduct, any real-money balance will be returned to the account holder.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. The parties shall use reasonable endeavours to resolve any dispute arising out of this Agreement through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal proceedings.

If you have a complaint regarding the 2bdt platform or any aspect of the Services, you should contact our customer support team in the first instance at [email protected]. 2bdt aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

If a dispute is not resolved through the complaints process, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitral tribunal's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
